1.Are you a silicone manufaturering factory or trading company?
We are a 100% independently operated silicone factory specializing in the production of custom silicone products (silicone components, internal and external buttons)—with 27 years of experience. In 2020, we registered a new trading company to market our factory’s products.
With our in-house mold shop and molding facility, we offer a complete, one-stop solution for the entire silicone product development cycle. By providing end-to-end silicone product
development services—from part design and mold manufacturing to full-scale production—you’ll reduce the risks associated with working with multiple suppliers, shorten time to market, and lower costs.
Our partners are welcome to arrange factory tours at any time to witness our silicone manufacturing processes firsthand.
2.What is your minimum MOQ if it is just wholesale inventory?
Our MOQ is 100 pcs per model.but we can accept lower quantity for your trial order. If order many items can be reduced MOQ
3.Is there MOQ requirement for custom products? What’s your MOQ?
Yes, to cover production costs, there is a minimum order quantity requirement. The minimum order quantity will be calculated on a case-by-case basis, depending on the unit production cost of each silicone part following project review.
Xinzhi Silicone frequently takes on custom orders or tailor-made silicone products. We understand our customers’ needs to lead the market with newly developed products, so the minimum order quantity we set is actually the smallest quantity we can produce in a single production run.
4.Will you offer free sample?
Yes, we can make the sample as your requirement, but we willcharge some sample cost and itwill be returned to you when you place the order.
5.What’s your payment?
T/T,30% T/T payment in advance,70% balance payment before delivery.
6.Do you offer custom designs, styles, and colors?

7.What is your lead timel delivery time for samples and trial order?
Typically, silicone prototype molds take 5–7 days to produce, while mass-production molds take 8–10 days.
Afterward, sample production takes 2–3 days, and 3–5 samples are required for approval.
Upon receiving your trial order, our production department will review it and provide a delivery timeline.

8.I have a silicone product I’d like to have custom-made. How can I get a quote?
To receive a quick and accurate quote for custom silicone products or silicone prototypes, please send us your 3D CAD drawings (in STEP/STP, IGES/GS, PRT, XT, SLD, or PRT formats) and clearly specify the material safety standards, special quality requirements, estimated order quantity, silicone mold surface treatment, brand logo, custom packaging needs, or any other special requirements. We can typically provide a quote within one business day. If you are unable to provide a CAD model, please send us sketches or hand-drawn drawings with dimensional annotations, and we will provide a preliminary cost estimate for your reference. The final cost will be confirmed after the final design is approved.
9.Can you ship to Amazon fulfillment centers?
Yes, we can put your FBA labels on cartons and barcode stickers on packing boxes.
We work with reliable shipping companies to get your cargo directly to Amazon fulfilment centers, save your time and money.
10.What is your shipping terms?
a. For small trial orders, by air or by express: FEDEX, DHL, UPS, TNT, etc
b. For large orders, we arrange shipment by sea or by air according to your requirement.
11.We’d like to have our brand logo and design printed on the packaging. Is that possible?
Yes, we offer all the custom packaging solutions you need. Please note, however, that we do not manufacture these packaging materials ourselves; instead, we work with partners who specialize in packaging services. These companies are all located within our campus, and some are just a few minutes’ walk away.
We’ll serve as a resource and extension of your company, assisting you from start to finish—saving you both time and money.
